Gilroy – Police are seeking this man, name unknown, on suspicion of rape. On Oct. 2 at 1:45am, the suspect grabbed a woman, walking through an alley adjacent to her apartment in central Gilroy, and pushed her to the ground. Holding her down, he stripped her of her clothing and forced vaginal intercourse, repeating, “Bitch, you deserve this.”
He didn’t use a condom. After a few minutes, the assault was over.
This sketch was completed last week.
“We just hope someone will recognize the picture and give us a tip,” said Detective Michael Beebe.
