Defending champion Hard Ninety moved to 2-0 in Men’s Basketball League action Wednesday at Solorsano Gymnasium with a 68-43 victory over Morgan Hill Garage Door.

Josh Bleem dropped in four three-point field goals on the way to 22 points for Hard Ninety. JT Tipton worked inside for 15 points and Tucker Baksa produced 12 for the winners.

Jeff Stepleton keyed the Morgan Hill Garage Door offense with 11 points, including nine in the first half as the Doors trailed 38-18. Enrique Dolmo added 10 points for the losers.

Big Grievances remained atop the seven-team league by slipping past Yea Buddy 42-34.

LaMont Chappell poured in 17 points to help the 3-0 club. Nick Langone delivered 13 points for the Grievances.

Justin Nicholson struck for 15 points to aid the Yea Buddy offense. Yea Buddy trailed 16-15 at halftime.

The Warriors improved to 2-1 with a 54-35 nod over the Cool Guys.

Gavin Menges paced the Warriors with 11 points. Jason Ramirez was good for 10 points, Hector Salgado nine and Robert Silvia eight for the winners. Daniel Estrada came through with 17 points for the Cool Guys.
