A 15-year-old San Jose girl reported being raped by four young men in Morgan Hill, according to police.
An emergency call was dispatched to Morgan Hill police from Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose at 1:27 a.m. Sunday. The girl had checked into the hospital, whose staff reported to police that she told them she had been raped.
The victim said she had been at a house party in San Jose that started Saturday night. When she left on foot, four young men between the ages of 18 and 20 traveling in an automobile stopped and asked her if she needed a ride.
She accepted a ride and asked to be taken to her home near Blossom Hill Road, according to police reports. However, the driver took her to another party at an unknown location in Morgan Hill where the four men raped her, the girl told police.
Morgan Hill Sgt. Jerry Neumayer said the incident is still under investigation.
“We’re unsure where, or even if, it occurred in Morgan Hill,” he said. “We don’t know the names of the suspects, or where they live.”
Detailed descriptions of the suspects were unavailable at press time.
