There were no solutions offered in the tantrum put forth by David Garcia (letters, May 5).
David, your letter reminded me of a 5-year-old in kindergarten who hates his classmate because she is smart.
You were against any proposals offered but came out with none of your own. David, you did not mention the government subsidized alternative fuel vehicle program as a possible solution. You forgot the age-old and respected donkey power method. We can walk, trot or run! Perhaps we can grow NEW dinosaurs for future needs.
What do you propose David? All you do is chortle the DNC comic-strip propaganda.
Look around you right this minute David. How many items were derived from oil? After you graduate from first grade please forward your solutions so we may all be enlightened.
