Burglary
-An unknown suspect(s), between 4 p.m. Feb. 12 and 1:33 p.m. Feb. 15 on the 1400 block of East Middle Avenue in San Martin, cut the handle of locked shed to gain entry and stole a Dewalt framing nail gun valued at $250.
-An unknown suspect(s), between 6 p.m. Feb. 10 and 5 p.m. Feb. 14 on the 12000 block of Monterey Highway in San Martin, stole $40,000 cash from an office drawer.
Vandalism
-An unknown suspect(s), between 7 p.m. Feb. 18 and 3 a.m. Feb 19 on the 200 block of Walnut Avenue in Hollister, used an unknown sharp/pointed object to puncture the side walls of 11 tires on five different vehicles in the driveway of a residence in unincorporated Santa Clara County.
Drugs
-Rabbia Syied Zorn, 47, 12:23 a.m. Feb. 18 on Day Road at Monterey Highway in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and probation violation. Zorn, on felony probation, was in possession of approximately 1.5 grams of methamphetamine.
-Jesus Rivas Baez, 33, 1:09 a.m. Feb. 17 on Leavesley Road at Murray Avenue in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Public intoxication
-James William Leigh, 48, 11:37 p.m. Feb. 8 on Monterey Highway at California Avenue in San Martin, for public intoxication.
Stolen vehicle
-An unknown suspect(s), between 7 p.m. Feb. 16 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 17 on the 4300 block of Monterey Highway in Gilroy, entered a locked shed and stole a motorcycle and trailer.
