Identity theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between November 1, 2012 and July 31, 2013 on the 500 block of California Avenue in San Martin, used the social security number of the victim to charge $300 in services from Cox cable in Visalia. The victim was in the process of applying for a new home loan when she found out about the delinquent account in his/her name opened by the suspect.
-An unknown suspect(s), between 11 p.m. July 25 and 11:16 July 26 on the 100 block of Ogier Avenue in Morgan Hill, obtained access to the victim’s bank account by assuming their identity and using account information, fraudulently withdrawing $261.02 from the bank account.
Drugs
-Cesar H. Ruiz, 32, 4:13 p.m. July 30 on IOOF Avenue at Monterey Highway in Gilroy, for possession for sales of a controlled substance and a violation of probation. Ruiz, who was on felony searchable probation, admitted to being in possession of 28 Codeine pills without a proper prescription and text messages indicated his intent to sell the pills.
-Anthony Scott Cadile, 54, 9:21 a.m. July 28 on Travel Park Circle at Monterey Highway in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
-Armando Ivan Salazar, 21, 9:31 p.m. July 27 on Bailey Road at 101 Highway in San Jose, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false information.
-Sharron Angie Cid, 43, 3:27 p.m. July 27 on 10th Street at Chestnut Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Gavin Mcvey Quitob, 47, 11:24 p.m. July 25 on Church Street at Welburn Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation.
-Louise Melrose, 53, 4:25 p.m. July 25 on Monterey Road at Luchessa in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine.
