Sheriff’s arrests

Under the influence

Evonna Eva Jeane Elsea, 34, of Gilroy, 1:45 p.m. Sept. 2, near Monterey and Bolsa roads.

Greg Edwain Berry, 46, of Morgan Hill, 2:40 p.m. Thursday, near Day Road and Santa Teresa Boulevard.

False identification

Anthony Morillo Pimentel, 27, of Santa Clara, 12:23 p.m. Saturday, near Casa Loma and Twin Falls roads in Morgan Hill for providing false information to a peace officer and violation of probation.

Other sheriff’s incidents

Burglary

A man arrived home to find two Hispanic males behind his house stealing tools worth $1,080 from his shed and loading them in a 2004 grey Ford F150, 3 p.m. Aug. 28, on the 13800 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard in San Martin.

A home was burglarized and electronics were stolen, between 11 a.m. Sept. 1 and 2 p.m. Sept. 2, on the 16900 block of Uvas Road in Morgan Hill. Deputies are unclear as to how the home was entered.

Power tools, worth $1,000, were stolen from a cargo container, between 11 p.m. Sept. 2 and 6 a.m. Sept. 3, near Monterey Road and East Middle Avenue in San Martin. The thieves cut the lock off the container to gain access to the contents.
