Domestic battery

Alyn Dane Graham, 45, of the 7300 block of Carmel Street, 6:30 p.m. Monday, on the 10800 block of Coyote Lake for domestic battery and driving with a suspended license.

Driving under the influence

John Randall Goodman, 38, of San Jose, 4:30 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of New and San Martin avenues in San Martin for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and driving without registration.

Matthew David Lam, 25, of the 1400 block of Amber Court, 1:10 a.m. April 10, near the intersection of Rucker and First in San Martin for driving under the influence.

Nicholas Alexander Risner, 24, of Browns Valley, 1:40 a.m. April 9, near the intersection of Monterey Road and Highland Road in San Martin for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation hold, parole hold, and driving with a suspended license.

Battery with serious injury

Luciano Romero-Zarabia, 23, of the 3000 block of Dryden Road, 10:10 p.m. April 10, at his residence for battery with serious injury.

Possession of marijuana

Kristopher Albert Dean, 21, of the 1900 block of Jeanie Lane, 9 p.m. April 15, near the intersection of Guibal Avenue and Jeanie Lane.

Under the influence of a controlled substance

Johnny Anthony Orozco, 39, of the 200 block of Walnut Lane, 11:14 a.m. Tuesday, on the 200 block of Walnut Lane.

William Gerald Weddingfeld, 42, of the 8000 block of Lilly Avenue, 10:12 a.m. April 10, near the intersection of Forest and Lewis for being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license and driving without registration.

Vandalism

Jason Paul Tate, 25, of San Jose, 9 a.m. April 9, at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Boulevard, for vandalism, criminal threats and petty theft. Tate punctured three tires of a blue Volkswagen Passat with a pair of scissors, threatened death and took a cell phone.

Driving without a license

Matthew Ryan Danze, 24, of San Jose, at an unspecified time Friday, near Butterfield and Main in Morgan Hill for driving with a suspended license, improperly driving in a high occupancy vehicle lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving with a suspended license, failure to appear in court, failure to stop at a marked stopping point.

Other sheriff’s incidents

Fraudulent use of access card

Fraudulent credit cards were used on four separate occasions, between 11:44 a.m. Feb. 28 and 12:29 p.m. April 5, at Mountain Mike’s Pizza on the 700 block of First Street. The total charges were less than $400.

Petty theft

A wallet was stolen from an unlocked 1998 grey Toyota Camry, between 6:30 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, on the 6600 block of Holsclaw Road. The victim’s bank card was used at gas stations and stores.

Unattended death

A man died, between 11:45 a.m. and 1:39 p.m. Sunday, on the 12800 block of Harding Avenue in San Martin. The man was pronounced dead at 2:14 p.m.

Grand theft

A van’s new tires valued at $640 were stolen and replaced with four bald tires, between 12 p.m. Jan. 28 and 10 a.m. Saturday, on the 500 block of Monterey Highway in Morgan Hill.

Auto burglary

A purse was stolen from a locked 2005 blue Chevy Tahoe, between 10 p.m. April 10 and 7 a.m. April 11, near the intersection of Columbet and San Martin avenues in San Martin.

Vandalism

The window and body of a red and yellow New Holla 912 were shot, causing about $500 in damage, between 12 p.m. March 8 and 4 p.m. April 8, at LBJ Farms near the intersection of Monterey Road and Carls Court in San Martin.
