Antonio Zepeda, 28, of San Martin, 5:10 p.m. Jan. 18, near Monterey Road and Cox Avenue in San Martin for possession of methamphetamine and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Efrain Fraga, 41, of Gilroy, 11 a.m. Feb. 16, near Llagas and Church avenues in San Martin for parole violation, being under the influence of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court.

Samuel Salas, 54, of Gilroy, 12:30 p.m. March 9, near Old Gilroy and Monterey streets for parole hold and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Auto burglary

A black 80 gigabyte iPod, two knives and a wallet containing a driver’s license and two credit cards were stolen from a 1997 white Ford Taurus on the 12600 block of Hager Court in San Martin, between 10 p.m. Saturday and 1:05 a.m. Sunday. The rear driver’s window had been broken.

Vandalism

Three windows of a 2007 black Chevy Aveo were broken when someone shot a BB gun at the car, causing about $500 in damage, near Columbet Road and Hogue Court in San Martin, between 11 p.m. Sunday and 12:14 a.m. Monday.

A portion of a fence was pulled down and destroyed on the 300 block of Kirby Road in Morgan Hill, between 4:45 and 5:15 p.m. Thursday.

The door locks of a 2000 gold Toyota Sienna were damaged on the 700 block of Lepa Court, between 3 p.m. March 5 and 10 a.m. March 7.

Grand theft

An envelope containing $800 in cash was stolen when the supervisor of the Gavilan Cafe pulled the excess cash from the register to deposit it into the main office safe, set it down on a counter and was momentarily distracted at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Feb. 24.

More than 100 Rainbird brass sprinkler heads worth about $1,100 were stolen from Spina Farms near Santa Teresa Boulevard and Bailey Avenue in Morgan Hill, between 3 p.m. Feb. 19 and 11 a.m. Thursday.

Residential burglary

A Sony digital clock worth $89 was stolen from a residence on the 200 block of East Middle Avenue in San Martin, between 4:45 and 9:30 p.m. March 11.

Petty theft

A sheep worth $75 was stolen on the 650 block of Powder Horn Court in San Martin, between 9:30 a.m. March 8 and 10 a.m. March 9.

Burglary

A John Deere riding lawn mower worth $2,500 and other items were stolen from an unlocked garage on the 1300 block of Half Road in Morgan Hill, between 3 p.m. March 6 and 3 p.m. March 8.

Unauthorized credit card use

A Gilroy woman’s Capitol One credit card was used to charge $181 at NewEgg.com, a computer and parts retailer, between 12 a.m. Feb. 25 and 8:30 a.m. March 9.
