GILROY – Orchard Valley Youth Soccer League is now taking sign-ups fo the 2004/05 fall recreational season.
The cost before July 15 is $95 for the first and seoncond player and $60 for thee third or more. Beginning July 16 the cost rises to $120 provided space is available.
Boys and girls ages 4-14 (birth dates 8-1-1991) are eligible.
Download an application from www.ovysl.org. Fill it out according to the directions and mail it to OVYSL, P.O. Box 0891, Morgan Hill, CA 95038. Please include copy of a certified copy of the player’s birth certificate along with a 1″ x 1 1/2″ colored photo. (Please note: Player may not be wearing a hat or sunglasses.)
