The Gilroy High boys water polo team dealt with a loss Tuesday to Stevenson in the best possible way, returning to the pool two days later and recording a win.The Mustangs used a quick start, built a five-goal lead by the half and rolled to a 14-5 victory over Alvarez on Thursday.
VOLLEYBALL: Christopher wins fifth straight league match
Christopher High got itself on the right track to begin the second half of the Monterey Bay League Pacific Division season, stopping host North Monterey County 3-1 (16-25, 25-15, 27-25, 25-21) on Thursday night in Castroville.
