GILROY — The Christopher girls soccer team triumphed over crosstown rival Gilroy, 4-1, under the Friday night lights of Garcia-Elder Stadium at Gilroy High School.

The second-seeded Gilroy High field hockey team will play No. 10 Live Oak in the Central Coast Section quarterfinals Saturday at Del Mar High School.

Christopher’s Garlic Classic track meet will be a little further from home this year.
