Historic Strand theater are happy to invite anyone and everyone to
the venue’s Grand Opening Gala today in downtown Gilroy.
GILROY – It may have been open for a few months, but the owners of the Historic Strand theater are happy to invite anyone and everyone to the venue’s Grand Opening Gala today in downtown Gilroy.
Beginning at 5 p.m. today, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy live music and dancing while taking in the Strand’s beauty first-hand, and possibly for the first time.
Included in the entertainment lineup is belly dancers, the Acoustic Preservation Society, and the J.C. Smith Band with Johnny Cosmic.
There is no cover to get into the Strand for the event, and Happy Hour runs from 5 to 7 p.m., with the music starting off at 6:30 p.m. at the theater, 7588 Monterey St.
