The Gilroy Police Department is looking for six Hispanic teens
they say stabbed a Gilroy man at 2:39 p.m. Saturday at Wayland
Avenue and Broadway Street after asking him to identify his gang
affiliation.
The Gilroy Police Department is looking for six Hispanic teens they say stabbed a Gilroy man at 2:39 p.m. Saturday at Wayland Avenue and Broadway Street after asking him to identify his gang affiliation.
The victim’s lack of an appropriate response led to the suspects punching him numerous times and stabbing him nine times in the back.
All suspects are described as Hispanic males between the ages of 16 and 19. The GPD said they left the incident in a dark blue sedan.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries, police said in a press release.
