The three suspects who robbed a south Morgan Hill jewelry store wore ski masks, and two of the men brandished handguns during the late-morning raid, police said.

Police responded to the incident at Littlejohn’s Fine Jewelry, 16340 Monterey Road, about 11:13 a.m. Thursday, Morgan Hill police Sgt. Troy Hoefling said.

During the investigation, officers learned that three male suspects entered the business wearing ski masks and gloves, Hoefling said. The two suspects armed with handguns ordered two store employees and one customer to the ground.

The thieves demanded keys for the jewelry display cases and removed an undisclosed amount of jewelry, coins and cash, police said. The suspects fled the scene before police arrived.

The employees and customer were not injured during the robbery, Hoefling said.

Police are still searching for the suspects, and have asked anyone with information about the crime to contact the police department at (408) 779-2101, or the anonymous tip line at (408) 947-7867.
