A press release from the Gilroy Police Department Thursday confirmed that both runaway juveniles—including 15-year-old Inoa Ulukou—have been located and were returned home safely.

Gilroy police are asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway 15-year-old who is overdue for medication he left behind.
Inoa Ulukou, a Hawaiian male, was reported as a runaway at 4:45 p.m. Monday from the 200 block of IOOF Avenue and he may be in the company of another 14-year-old male runaway, according to a press release from the Gilroy Police Department. At this time, there is no reason to believe Ulukou is a victim of a crime, police said.
Both Ulukou and the 14-year-old are believed to be walking, the release states. Ulukou’s health requires he take his medication, police said.
