A 3.4 magnitude earthquake shook things up at 1:13 a.m. today when a temblor struck Santa Clara County.Â
The quake, which measured 4 miles in depth, occurred just nine miles north of Morgan Hill and 12 miles north of San Martin, according to the United States Geological Survey.Â
This morning’s temblor is preceded by a 3.0 magnitude shaker recorded by the USGS at 8:12 p.m. Saturday six miles southeast of Gilroy.
