Quit All the Fuss, and Let’s Just Put in Speed Bumps on Eagle Ridge Streets

Dear Editor,

I’m an Eagle Ridge resident and appreciated your recent article. I can’t understand why we are unable to put speed bumps in that would obviously help solve the speeding problem here.

My understanding is the city/police/fire do not want them put in for their idiotic reasons. If the city and Shapell can make deals that deliver substandard roads then why can’t they do the same for putting in speed bumps?
