Dolores M. Bustillos died Tuesday at St. Louise Hospital in
Gilroy.
Dolores M. Bustillos died Tuesday at St. Louise Hospital in Gilroy. She was 47 years old and born in Casa Granda, Ariz. She had lived in Hollister and Gilroy for more than 35 years and was an upholstery seamstress for Banning Upholstery for 20 years. Her hobbies were sewing and quilting.
She is survived by her sons, Alfredo Bustillos of Hollister and Morris Banning of Arkansas; her brothers, Rosendo and Jose Hernandez of Hollister and Gilbert Hernandez of Redwood City; sisters, Lila Vasquez and Stella Hernandez of Hollister; grandchildren, Autumn May Bustillos, Freddy Bustillos and Anthony Ureno all of Hollister; and close friend Tom Banning. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband Alfredo Bustillos, who died in 1971 and her mother and father, Velia and Rosendo Hernandez.
A Rosary will be on Sunday at 7 p.m. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at Sacred Heart Church at 10 a.m. Friends can meet at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a procession to the church.
Interment and graveside services will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
