Columnist Debbie Framer must have cameras posted in my house. We are going through this very phase she wrote about Monday right now with both my children. Travis is 6 and Sarah is 4. We have some very interesting creations … such as a pool toy boat, with wheels taped to the bottom ala Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
In celebration of Halloween, there is a tape “spider web” hanging between the front legs of a rocking horse … oh, and a little plastic dinosaur was the “victim” in the web. Then there was a little wooden train whistle with several crayons (yep, taped together) taped to one side, and a spoon taped to the other. No idea what that represented. At least they’ve graduated to tape. They had a real fascination for staplers last month.
