We Have followed the rebirth of Indian Motorcycle for the past five years. We were under the impression that IMC was doing well and growing at a fast rate. When the news about Indian Motorcycle closing the factory reached us, it just blew us away. We wondered how this could happen considering record sales and all the new dealers.
Hopefully the restored Indian Motorcycle company and its loyal supporters can escape this dreaded situation and see this American company survive.
It is a shame to stand by and let this historically important and proud company name go down the tubes for the second time. Maybe someone or some group of investors will pump new life into Indian Motorcycle and bring it closer to the status it held in years gone by.
Hopefully the next investors (and there will be) will realize quality sells and money reinvested in your own company is well spent. It seems that Indian Motorcycles past is riddled with the same problems.
Stick with what you know. Improve on what you have. Invest in what you believe will be beneficial to the product you manufacture. In the end you reap what you sow.
Ask a winner! Hey Governor, Don’t you ride an INDIAN?
