Healing Hearts Awards Luncheon in Morgan Hill on Feb. 4.
Community Solutions raised money for awareness of vulnerable children and families in South Valley at the Helping Hands and Healing Hearts Awards Luncheon in Morgan Hill on Feb. 4. Proceeds from the event will support counseling, education and prevention, housing and crisis intervention programs and services. Judge Sharon Chatman received the Helping Hand award for her work on behalf of youth and families. Diana Reuter received the Healing Heart award for the strides she has made in her life. Reuter was a foster care youth and has been a part of Community Solutions’ Independent Living Skills Program since age 16. She is working toward her Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies.
