Under the influence of a controlled substance

Brian Lee Hagen, 45, of Morgan Hill, 9:40 p.m. June 6, on the 17500 block of Uvas Road in Morgan Hill.

Nathan Page Tomasini, 34, transient, 12:50 a.m. June 5, near Monterey Road and First Street for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance after deputies stopped him for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk.

Misdemeanor vandalism

A mailbox on the 17300 block of Holiday Drive in Morgan Hill was vandalized between 10:45 p.m. June 4 and 7:55 a.m. June 5. The owner estimated it would cost about $50 to repair the damage.

A fence on the 14400 block of Murphy Avenue in Morgan Hill was vandalized between 10 a.m. May 31 and 6:30 a.m. June 1, causing $90 in damage.
