The course included techniques in short sale counseling, pricing, financial considerations, various client servicing activities and other programs designed to complete sales on residential properties.
“One thing I learned in 2009 is that short sale transactions will comprise a significant amount of business for the next three to five years,” said Kathleen. I want to be confident in the information I offer my clients to guide them in making informed decisions regarding their real estate needs.”
