I lived on Santa Teresa Boulevard for 29 years. When I moved
there it was named Morey Avenue. It has had a lot of traffic on the
road for years.

I lived on Santa Teresa Boulevard for 29 years. When I moved there it was named Morey Avenue. It has had a lot of traffic on the road for years. I didn’t have traffic walls and endured the smog from all the traffic inbound and outbound from the city and the sound and the dust. I survived.
The people who purchased homes recently that abut Santa Teresa must have been given a disclosure notice at the time of sale.
There is still going to be the sound and the smog emission. Higher sound walls may not be the answer and only result in most costs to the taxpayers.
For the new walls, you should have a representative to come to Phoenix to view the walls as they are beautiful with designs.
