and I just have to say that I am pretty surprised about the
uncooperative nature of many of the citizens in your town!

I have been following the postal delivery story from the start and I just have to say that I am pretty surprised about the uncooperative nature of many of the citizens in your town! If the trash bins and/or cars are impeding an individual in doing their job – AND YOU KNOW IT – why would you repeat this behavior over and over?
If the trash company is leaving the containers in the way – couldn’t a simple phone call to them explain and correct that? Are there no other places to park than right in front of your boxes?
