I couldn’t help but notice in Wednesday’s front page article about the Eagle Ridge/Bonfante land deal that the reporter referred to bondholders as “… chomping at the bit …” This is a common mistake, and I am certain there is a great story behind it, but the correct phrase is, “champing at the bit.”
Just thought you’d like to know.
