Perkins pulls in enough fish to feed an entire restaurant
Max Perkins, 12, caught this crevalle jack off Ambergins Caye, Belize in June. It weighs in at 20-25 pounds. Perkins, born and raised in Gilroy, is very much into critters and gadgets, so he was thrilled to visit Belize. But playing with iguanas, crabs, and crocodiles could not compare to pulling one fish after another. The Perkins took all the snapper he caught that day to a restaurant and they fixed it several different ways. There was enough to feed everyone in the restaurant. It was a trip of a lifetime for the Perkins family and they recommend Belize to travelers.
