-Agustin Alberto Corro-Ochoa, 24, between 3:22 p.m. and 4:28 p.m. Feb. 5 on Monterey Highway at Rucker Avenue in Gilroy, for having 1.8 grams of marijuana in his vehicle.
-Michael Anthony Ramirez, 51, 11:07 p.m. Feb. 4 on Diana Avenue at Butterfield Boulevard in Morgan Hill, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of hydrocodone.
-Carlos Aispuro Mendoza, 60, 7:55 p.m. Jan. 31 on the 8200 block of Monterey Road in San Jose, for possession of methamphetamine pipe and being drunk in public.
Stolen vehicle
-An unknown suspect(s), 6:35 a.m. Feb. 3 on the 100 block of Rucker Avenue in Gilroy, stole the victim’s trailer from the residence.
