Gilroy’s St. Mary School will offer a summer program with an academic and “summer camp” component.
The morning portion of the program includes a TK and Kindergarten Readiness focus, academic enrichment for students entering first- through fifth-grades and a junior high program for those entering fifth- through eighth-grades. The camp program will feature activities including sports, arts, crafts, games and technology—with each week focusing on a different theme.
The camp will run from June 23 through July 18. The full-day program is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to students entering Kindergarten through sixth grade (no school July 4). Students in the full-day program will have a lunch break from noon to 1 p.m.
The academic program is open to students entering TK through eighth and will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday (no school July 4). The camp program is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to students entering kindergarten through sixth grades (no school July 4).
The fee for the full-day program is $700. The academic and the camp portions each cost $400.
