New Custom Chrome headquarters

Custom Chrome opened its new corporate headquarters in Morgan Hill recently, just a few miles from the original Jacqueline Court address. The move is designed to provide dramatic operational savings in facility costs while creating an improved work environment and data infrastructure.

Now located at 18225 Serene Dr. Ste. 150, this new 31,000-square-foot facility is the new home for the executive management team, as well as sales, technology, marketing and communications, finance, purchasing, dealer development, sales support and product development and management that had been housed at the previous address.

All other Custom Chrome contact information including phone, fax and e-mail addresses remain the same.

With the recent restructuring of the management team and operations, Custom Chrome is taking advantage of cost reductions in everyway possible and this move is one of those initiatives. The newer, more modern facility will supply Custom Chrome with ample room while allowing them to benefit from significant monthly savings in lease expenses over the previous location. The savings relates directly to the bottom line and allows revenue savings to be spent in other areas such as inventory, advertising and customer support.

“We are extremely excited about the move, its savings and the upgrade in the quality of work environment this move provides Custom Chrome, its employees and ultimately our customer’s,” said Holger Mohr, CEO of Custom Chrome.

“This move is simply one in many we are making to ensure the growth and expansion of Custom Chrome within the V-Twin Industry,” said Steve Veltri, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “In today’s environment; everything needs to be looked at to ensure we are doing all we can with the resources we generate.”

Custom Chrome celebrated its official grand opening at the new location Nov. 24. Chairman Kim and other representatives from DAE-IL, Inc., Custom Chrome’s parent company, were on hand to join in the celebration.
