â– Santa Clara Valley Water District. They have an enormous budget and seem to find ways to waste money.
â– The Water District. The rates keep going up, up, up for no good reason.
â– VTA! This was a tough one! So many good choices. n Well, the water district is screwed up and so is the city.
â– That’s a close race. I would have to say GUSD. We have never felt that our children would receive a SAFE and quality education from our local public schools.
â– WOW – this is a hard one – I’ll go with GUSD.
â– Hands down, without a doubt, no wavering … THE WATER DISTRICT!!!
