History: Alphonse Pauchon, a long time South County rancher who died in 1999, designated his investments to the creation of a nonprofit foundation. This foundation will award grants for medical, scientific and business research. Marilyn Librers has been hired as the Executive Director and will manage the grant disbursements along with the daily operation of the organization. With the opening of our office we are well on our way to making a financial difference for research projects around the world.
