Darren Scott Johnson, 44, of Gilroy, 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, near Neva and Monterey roads in San Martin for being under the influence and on an outstanding warrant.
Silvana Elise Pavao, 19, of Morgan Hill, 11:15 a.m. Oct. 13, on the 1100 block of Edmundson Avenue in Morgan Hill.
Isobet Ramon Martinez, 24, of San Martin, 10:20 a.m. Oct. 8, near Monterey Highway and California Avenue in San Martin.
Excessive noise
Randall Arthur Higgins, 44, of San Martin, 6:29 p.m. Oct. 10, on the 14000 block of Seymour Avenue in San Martin for excessive motorcycle noise.
Possession of a controlled substance
Brian Haskell Caswell, 29, of Morgan Hill, 11:30 p.m. Sept. 10, near Sunnyside and Edmundson avenues in Morgan Hill.
Possession of a weapon on school grounds
A Gilroy juvenile, 11:55 a.m. Oct. 9, on the 100 block of North Street in San Martin at South County Community School for bringing a pocketknife onto school grounds. He was suspended from school and released to his mother.

A man purchased six vehicles at auto auctions using fraudulent Western Union money orders, 12 p.m. Sept. 19, on the 13000 block of Llagas Avenue in San Martin. Police do not know where the man is from.
Aircraft emergency landing
A man was forced to land his aircraft in an empty field after he lost power to his engine, 5:30 p.m. Oct. 12, near Richmond Avenue and Santa Teresa Boulevard in San Jose. There was no damage to any property and no injuries.
Stolen vehicle recovery
A 1992 Honda stolen out of Morgan Hill was found, 1:50 p.m. Oct. 12, on the 13000 block of Sycamore Avenue in San Martin at the Peterson Tractor Company.
Vehicle burglary
A backpack, an Apple laptop worth $3,500 and other items were stolen from a 2001 Suzuki, between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 11 and 5 a.m. Oct. 12, on the 10000 block of Ashcroft Court. The thief gained access to the car through an open window.
A wallet, worth $50, was stolen from a 2002 Volkswagen, between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. Oct. 12, on the 13000 block of Llagas Avenue in San Martin. The thief gained access to the car by breaking the passenger side window.
A California driver’s license, an ATM card, a checkbook and $25 were stolen from a 2001 GMC, between 11 a.m. Oct. 11 and 4 a.m. Oct. 12, at 10585 Foothill Avenue. The thief gained access to the car by breaking the vehicle’s window.
Felony vandalism
Several large pieces of concrete were thrown at a 2001 Daewoo, between 9 p.m. Oct. 10 and 6 a.m. Oct. 11, on the 1800 block of Fisher Avenue in Morgan Hill, causing more than $400 in damage.
A 1998 BMW was scratched on the hood, trunk and on both sides with a sharp object, between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 7 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 8, on the 3000 block of Roop Road.
