Two go to jail for allegedly shooting .22 caliber pistol
Four people were arrested early Friday morning at a residence on Dewitt Avenue after a neighbor called police and reported hearing gunshots and a party in the backyard.
Christopher Lupina, 25, of Morgan Hill, and Lisa Flores, 25, of Morgan Hill, were booked into Santa Clara County Jail for allegedly shooting a .22 caliber pistol and a rifle towards an occupied residence to the rear of the house.
Gabriel Pereira, 27, of Hollister was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia. He allegedly had a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine. Stephanie Polcer, 25, of Morgan Hill was originally arrested but later released without charges.
Officers responded to the residence at approximately 4:10 a.m., according to Morgan Hill police Cmdr. David Swing.
