Felon in possession of pepper spray
– Donald Toines, 20, a transient in Morgan Hill, Oct. 27 at 1:49 a.m. near the intersection of West Edmundson Avenue and Piazza Way in Morgan Hill for parole hold, providing false identification and being a felon in possession of pepper spray.
Grand Theft
– Julie Ann Crocker, 50; and Edward Holbrook, 51; of 11990 block of Turlock Avenue in San Martin, Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m. near the 12000 block of Turlock Avenue in San Martin for vehicle theft, vehicle tampering and grand theft of auto parts. Julie Ann was arrested and booked into county jail; Edward and one other unnamed suspect are still outstanding.
– An unknown suspect, Nov. 1 at 10 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 25 in Gilroy for stealing a trap wagon filled with $1,815 in diesel fuel. The trap wagon is valued at $1,100. The suspect is still at large.
Petty theft
– An unknown suspect, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. near the 13000 block of Monterey Highway in Morgan Hill for stealing $600 worth of metal loading ramps from Maier & Dougherty Pump Service.
Possession
– Vartisha Jones, 24, Nov. 8 at 6:13 p.m. near the 13000 block of Sycamore Avenue in San Martin for possessing less than one ounce of marijuana.
– Anthony Cadile, 52, Nov. 5 at 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Marcella Avenue and Las Animas Avenue in Gilroy for public intoxication and possessing less than one ounce of marijuana.
– Antonio Rodriguez, 42, Nov. 14 at 7:59 p.m. near the 5900 block of Travel Park Circle near Monterey Road in Gilroy for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
– Rusty Lopez, 28, Nov. 4 at 12:06 p.m. near the intersection of Vineyard Boulevard and Monterey Highway in Morgan Hill for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
– Henry Arnibal, 37, Nov. 7 at 7:05 a.m. near the intersection of Sleepy Valley Road and Armsby Lane in Morgan Hill for possession of methamphetamines and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
– Carlos Vaca, 51, Nov. 7 at 12:29 a.m. near the intersection of Eigleberry Street and Third Street in Gilroy for being under the influence of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a hypodermic needle.
– Jason Green, 23, Nov. 6 at 8:04 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey Highway and Travel Park Circle in Gilroy for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
– Debra Rodriguez, 44, Nov. 6 at 12:47 a.m. near the intersection of Llagas Avenue and North Street in San Martin for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Theft
– An unknown suspect, Nov. 10 at 8:30 a.m. near the 10000 block of De Bruin Way in Gilroy for smashing in the windows of two cars and stealing purses.
– An unknown suspect, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. at George Chiala Farms, located near the intersection of Masten Avenue and Manna Avenue in San Martin, for stealing auto parts from a tractor that was parked in a field. The suspect is still at large.
– An unknown suspect, Oct. 27 at 6:30 a.m. near the 13000 block of Center Avenue in San Martin for residential burglary. The suspect entered the residence through an unlocked kitchen window, stole a plastic water container, an unregistered shotgun and a power drill. The suspect is still at large.
– An unknown suspect, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. near the 1300 block of Diana Avenue in Morgan Hill for stealing $3,965 in horse tack. The suspect is still at large.
– An unknown suspect, Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. at CordeValle Golf Course in Morgan Hill for stealing a $3,000 golf cart. The suspect is still at large.
– An unknown suspect, Oct. 28 at 8 a.m. near the 2500 block of Butch Drive in Gilroy for grand theft. The suspect stole $4,000 worth of coins. The suspect is still at large.
– An unknown suspect, Nov. 3 at 3:30 a.m. near the 16000 block of Deerfield Lane in Morgan Hill for burglary. The suspect stole $1,965 in items from a shed. The suspect is still at large.
– An unknown suspect, Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. near the 1600 block of Deerfield Lane in Morgan Hill for stealing $1,040 in property from a vehicle, including a $385 iPod Touch. The suspect is still at large. 
Under the influence
– Thomas Bardelmeir, 25; Christopher Haygood, 29; and Nicole Aquino, 26; Nov. 2 at 5:11 p.m. near the 16000 block of Barnell Avenue in Morgan Hill for being under the influence of a controlled substance, and violating their probation.
– Antonio Ascencio, 28; Nov. 2 at 11:55 p.m. near the intersection of Monterey Road and San Martin Avenue in San Martin for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Vandalism
– An unknown suspect, Nov. 2 at 11 p.m. at Gavilan College, located at 5055 Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, for vandalism. The suspect spray-painted gang-related markings on several items and in different locations on campus, causing damages approximated at $500. The suspect is still unknown.
–  An unknown suspect, Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. near the intersection of No Name Uno and Rucker Avenue in Gilroy spray painting on a LJB Farms fruit stand on the east side of No Name Uno just south of Rucker Avenue. The suspect is still at large.
Violating a restraining order
– Samuel Bejarano, 22, Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m. near the 15000 block of Sycamore Avenue in Morgan Hill for violating a restraining order.
