K. Hovnanian Homes is celebrating the grand opening of Aviana, the builder’s second community of new homes in Gilroy, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Guests will enjoy gourmet coffees and have a chance to view the decorated model homes.
The new community features a limited edition of one-and two-story, single-family detached homes ranging from 2,261 to 2,751 square feet with prices starting in the low $500,000s. Homesites at the community average more than 7,700 square feet, allowing room for pools and other outdoor features.
