David Allen Garcia, 73, of Morgan Hill, 2:38 p.m. Feb. 18, on the 600 block of San Bruno Avenue in Morgan Hill after he kicked and threw a rock at a neighbors dog.
Possession of marijuana for sale
William John Van Aken, 18, of Morgan Hill, 1:09 a.m. Thursday, near Del Monte and Dunne avenues in Morgan Hill after deputies found packages of marijuana and a scale in his car during a traffic stop.
Weston James Webenbauer, 19, of Morgan Hill, 1:29 p.m. Feb. 16, near California and Harding avenues in San Martin for possession of marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana and driving with an open container. Deputies orginally stopped him for driving recklessly.
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Terri Lynn Soto, 48, of Morgan Hill, 1:55 p.m. Feb. 17, near Monterey Road and Second Street when deputies stopped her for jaywalking and found a glass pipe with residue.

Grand theft
A Gilroy man purchased a motorcycle on eBay for $8,556 but the seller, a New Jersey man, shipped a bike other than the one advertised and still accepted the payment, between 2:05 a.m. Nov. 23 and 2:55 p.m. Sunday.
About $1,500 worth of tools and electronics were stolen from a 2000 green Dodge Ram on the 11000 block of Center Avenue, between 10 and 11:30 a.m. Friday.
A maroon Nextel cell phone was stolen from an unlocked white Infiniti QX56 near Columbet Avenue and Church Street in San Martin, between 11 p.m. Feb. 15 and 6 a.m. Feb. 16.
Found property
A Sentry fire safe was found near Leavesley and Dryden and booked into the sheriff’s sub-station, 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Unattended death
A Morgan Hill man was found dead in his bedroom on the 5700 block of Croy Road in Morgan Hill, 3 p.m. Feb. 17.
