The Gilroy Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying recovered property which the GPD believes to be stolen.

Since late 2011, GPD detectives have been investigating multiple burglaries which occurred in the Gilroy area, according to a press release. Detectives were able to identify a suspect, whose residence on the 9000 block of Kern Avenue they searched Feb. 2 after obtaining a warrant.

Detectives recovered stolen property that belongs to at least three separate victims, according to a press release.

The attached photographs are of additional property recovered from the suspects’ residence. Police believe this property was stolen.

The suspect is already in custody at the Santa Clara County Main Jail for unrelated charges, according to the press report. The investigation is on-going and additional charges are expected to be filed by the District Attorney’s office, police say.

Please contact Detective Cpl. Justin Matsuhara at (408) 846-0350 if you are able to identify, or know the owner of the listed property.
