Susan Gonzales (organist at Gilroy UMC, and madrigal singer with Tudor Rose, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 17, 2012. She fought a courageous battle with melanoma.
 Born in Inglewood, CA, Susan lived in Palo Alto, Venezuela, and Torrance, CA where she graduated valedictorian. Susan was a writer, master gardener, and activist for peace and social justice
 While earning her Masters degree at Stanford, Susan met and married David Drom, band director at GHS (1982-1992). The family moved to Troutdale and later to Corbett, OR.
 She is also survived by her daughter, Elaine Drom Zuber (Wesley),granddaughter Emeline (Santa Clara), parents, brothers, and many relatives and friends who miss her greatly.
