In this eight-hour workshop you will learn the basics needed to work in retail. Customer service, cash register operation and cash handling, dealing with difficult customers, work attitudes and ethics and more. Certificates will be presented upon completion of the workshop.
This workshop will be held on Saturday, from 8am to 5pm.
