Marijuana possession

Praneet Ronald Nandakumar, 24, of San Jose, 6:30 p.m. Friday, at 700 Georgetown Place for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Stolen property possession

Rebecca Leigh Bretherick, 35, of San Jose, 8:34 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Glenview Drive and Johnson Way for false impersonation and possession of stolen property and on a warrant for parole hold.

Parole hold

Matthew Santos Martinez, 38, of San Jose, 8:45 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Glenview Drive and Johnson Way.

Intent of prostitution

Raul Anthony Pete Jimenez III, 26, of Prunedale, 9:06 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Monterey Road and Hornlein Court on a warrant for loitering with the intent of committing prostitution.

Threatening a crime

Joel Albert Madrid, 23, of the 7500 block of Alexander Street, 11:39 p.m. Friday, at Starbucks, 905 First St., on warrants for threatening to commit a crime and brandishing a weapon.

Buying or receiving stolen property

Cortio Detrice Wade, 34, of Oakland, 10:05 p.m. Friday, at 8155 Camino Arroyo.

Driving under the influence

Gerardo Mendoza Pacheco, 40, of Salinas, 11:00 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Byers Street for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miguel Angel Ortiz, 26 of Murray Avenue, 12:51 a.m. Sunday, at 7510 Rogers Lane.

John Christopher LaCroix, 48, of the 700 block of Babbs Creek Drive, 9:46 p.m. Sunday, at his residence on warrants for driving under the influence and providing false information to an officer.

Trying to evade an officer

Jaime Mendez, 26, no address given, 10:09 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Ninth and Eigleberry for driving without a license and trying to evade a police officer.

Driving without a license

Daniel Ramirez Albino, 47, of the 9200 block of Wren Avenue, 11:55 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Wren Avenue and Uvas Park Drive on warrants for two counts of driving without a license, driving without registration, driving without insurance, driving with false registration, two counts of failure to appear in court, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Darryl Benjamin Holman, 30, no address given, 6:40 p.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Leavesley Avenue and Monterey Road for driving without a license and lack of proper taillights.

Vandalism

Jesse Cuen Rochin, 19, of the 7500 block of Edinburgh Way, 12:34 p.m. Saturday, at his residence on a warrant for vandalism in excess of $400.

False information to an officer

Stacy Zail Crawford, 42, transient, 6:26 Saturday, near the intersection of Hanna Street and Broadway for walking on a roadway and providing false information to a police officer.

Burglary

Jeremiah Jackson Eden, 26, transient, 7:41 p.m. Sunday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo, for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, possession of an unlawful weapon and burglary.

Trespassing

Jacob Hernandez, 18, of the 7900 block of Hanna Street, 11:15 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Burchell Road and Hecker Pass Highway on a warrant.

Other GPD incidents

Petty theft

A global positioning system valued at $300 was stolen from an unlocked 2007 Honda CRV parked near the intersection of West Seventh and Eigleberry streets, between 10:15 a.m. and 1 p.m. Dec. 2.

A UPS package valued at $60 was stolen Nov. 19 from a garage on the 1500 block of Welburn Avenue.

Auto burglary

A portable mp3 player, a wedding ring, a satellite radio and headphones, totaling about $1,500 was stolen from 2003 BMW 530 parked on the 7400 block of Church Street, between 7:30 p.m. Friday and 12 p.m. Sunday.

Two bags of softball equipment valued at $467.50 were stolen from a 2001 Lexus IS3 parked on the 8500 block of Church Street, between 3 and 3:24 p.m. Saturday. The suspect or suspects broke the rear driver-side window

Commercial burglary

Doorknobs on two model homes were broken and lay on the ground in a housing development at 7655 Forest St., between 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday. Nothing appeared to be taken.
