A Ho-Ho-Ho Holiday Parade

Gilroy’s Downtown Holiday Parade comes to town.
The streets were filled with parade-watchers and kids waiting to visit Santa Claus and grab a free bag of popcorn at Saturday’s Downtown Holiday Parade. Dawn Guillen, Dilly Dally owner and Gilroy Downtown Business Association director, said she tried to revive the old Gilroy parade, which had kind of fallen by the wayside. Awards weren’t given out this year but Guillen hopes to get judges to volunteer for next year’s parade.
