DEAR EDITOR:

Gov. Davis is not only out if touch with reality, his actions border on the irrational.

His attempt to eliminate the open meeting notification requirement is a another example of his contempt for the people he is supposed to represent. He also told the legislature, early in his first term, that it was there job to enact his vision.

Unfortunately, they did what he requested and gave us a $38 billion budget deficit. There may be some hope yet. The Davis recall initiative may well succeed with continuing revelations of the disastrous and devious deeds of Davis administration.
