Dear Editor,
One last comment for the Gilroy Post Office on the statement made by the union representative about “onerous demands of customers and postal supervisors.”
I define “onerous demands” as doing your job. It is extremely difficult for postal supervisors to discipline non-productive workers let alone fire them. In order to deal with the number of non-productive workers more duties are dumped on the few conscientious hard-working postal carriers and making policy such as not stopping at blocked mail boxes and cutting across lawns to improve efficiency.
I state again I have no complaints of the Fremont post office.
