Gilroy – Real Madrid A1 defeated Atlas 5-1 and joined Club Brazil as the only teams with three wins in the Latinos Program Indoor Soccer Tournament.
TSS B2 and Chelsea FC each notched their second wins. TSS deat the Eagles 4-2, and Chelsea FC downed Royal Oak Murshrooms 6-1.
Joanna D2 got its first win when it blanked Thunder Katz 6-0. Staff Infection and FC United played to a 1-1 tie.
This is All-Star week and the following students were selected by the team captains and the Latinos Program to represent their grade level.
Freshmen: Josue Martinez, Hesleiter Avendano, Angel Reynoso, Clemente Pineda, Luis Gonzalez, Josh Gonzalez.
Sophomores: Jonathan Bribiescas, Andy moya, Ariane Vera, Edgar Barron, Irene Figueroa, Luis Negrete, Adolfo Aldana, Bruce Ocana, Oscar Padilla.
Juniors (eliminated by Freshmen in penalty kicks): Eric Millar, Derek Jensen, Kristi Figueroa, Braulio, Pineda, Oscar Zuniga, Jorge Pacheco, Amanda Spellman, Jose Armando Hernandez, Henry Pham.
