Last week we featured candidates for the South Valley’s Most Adorable Dog. We got phone calls and e-mails from as far away as Southern California from people casting their votes for their favorite pooch.
We’ve counted more than 160 votes, and the results are in. The winner of a $50 gift certificate to PetSmart is Belle, a Boston terrier owned by Allacyn Spears of Hollister. Belle earned 54 votes with her big ears and sweet face. Close runners-up included, in order, Cooper, Ruckus, Jasper, Jazmine and Poe.
