Hibsen Tamayo-Davila, Gavilan soccer

Tamayo-Davila scored four of Gavilan’s five goals in its 5-1 win over Ohlone College Oct. 3 in Redwood City. It was the Rams’ second win of the season.
Katrina Carter, Gilroy field hockey

Carter found the back of the net five times in Gilroy’s 9-0 win at Live Oak Oct. 2. The team is now 11-1-3 overall and 3-1-1 in league play.Â
