Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Diane Baty, a sales associate in its Gilroy office, was named Realtor of the Year by the South County Realtors Alliance, a subsidiary of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. Baty, who has been a Realtor for eight years, has served as the SCRA Gilroy tour director for the past three years. She was presented the Realtor of the Year Award – one of the organization’s highest honors – at the SCRA Inaugural Ball held last month at Fortino Winery. “Diane is an outstanding real estate professional and tremendously
deserving of the Realtor of the Year honor,” said Nancy Robinson,
manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Gilroy office. “She
is highly respected by her peers and a key member in the South County
real estate community. It is an incredible career achievement.”
Baty is active in the South County community. She has served as a
project leader in the 4-H Club of Gilroy and has been involved with
local schools as a Parent Club volunteer and on the school district
level. She is currently a member of the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce and
has been chair of the committee for the Gilroy office’s fundraising
efforts during Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s annual Habitat
for Humanity fundraiser for the past two years.
