Rozal leads men’s field; Lewis tops women’s field
GILROY – The weekly scratch results hit the roof at the Gilroy Bowl with Al Rozal’s 780 series and 276 high game topping the men’s divisions, and Tammy Lewis’ 659 series and 249 high game besting the women’s field.

In junior league action, Mike Grzyb tallied a 631 series with a 236 high game and Anthony Bravo scored a 555 series along with a 212 high game.

Rounding out the men’s leagues were: Greg Low (692 series, 255 high); Bob Williams (778, 285); Chet Steengraffe (741, 268); Ken Dominick (687, 262); Jess Salazar (708, 248); Del Corral (656, 246); and Chester Siao (646, 236).

Finishing atop the women’s field were: Pat Haygood (570, 287); Kathy Bennett (508, 209); Mitsuye Tani (580, 214); Peggy Hill (553, 227); and Barbara Fahey (604, 222).
